SafeCheck Daily

She taps “I’m okay” with her morning coffee. You see it and breathe.

SafeCheck Daily is a one-tap daily check-in for a parent who lives alone. She checks in once a day, you get a quiet checkmark. No GPS, no map, no camera, nothing that treats her like a child.

  1. She taps once a day. That’s the whole app.

  2. You get a quiet “Mom’s okay.”

  3. No map. No location. Nothing for her to resent.

What happens if a morning slips?

Nothing loud. The app reaches her privately first, a quiet nudge only she sees. If she still hasn’t checked in, you get a calm note, and she knows the same instant exactly what you’ve been told.

She always hears first. You’re never told anything behind her back.

Those two rules are written into the product, and they’re the reason she’ll actually keep it on.

Where this came from

My mom lived alone, and she told us plainly she would rather die in her own home than give up her independence. Every morning she texted me one word, “mom”. That was the whole message: I’m up, I’m fine, go live your day. SafeCheck Daily is that text turned into a button, one tap from her kitchen, a quiet checkmark on your phone. I built it after she passed, because I think every family deserves the ritual she invented.
