SafeCheck Daily is built on a simple idea: you can care about someone without surveilling them. Our privacy practices follow the same principle. This policy explains what we collect through this website and waitlist, and what we don’t. The Site is operated by Outprice LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
What we collect
On this website, we collect only the information you choose to give us: the name and email address you submit to join the launch waitlist. That’s it. We don’t require an account, and we don’t ask for anything else.
What we don’t collect
We do not collect your location. The SafeCheck Daily app does not track location, keep location history, or show anyone a live map. There is nothing of the kind to collect, here or in the app. We don’t run advertising trackers or sell profiles of you.
Why we collect it
We use your name and email for one purpose: to email you about the SafeCheck Daily launch and a small number of closely related updates. The most important message is the one telling you the app is available.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never will. We don’t share it for anyone else’s advertising.
Service providers
To run the waitlist and send email, we use trusted third-party processors, for example our form-handling and email-delivery providers. They process your name and email only to deliver these services on our behalf, under their own privacy and security commitments. We share the minimum necessary and nothing more.
Data retention
We keep your waitlist information until the launch communications are complete or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we’ll remove your details from our active list promptly.
Your rights and choices
You’re in control of your information. You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe:use the link in any email we send.
- Access:ask us what information we hold about you.
- Correct:ask us to fix inaccurate details.
- Delete:ask us to remove your information entirely.
To exercise any of these, email team@safecheckdaily.com and we’ll take care of it.
California (CCPA) and Nevada privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we don’t sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you’re welcome to confirm that with us. If you are a Nevada resident, Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) gives you the right to ask a business not to sell certain personal information; we do not sell it. Children’s privacy
The waitlist is intended for adults (18+), and the Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the little we hold safe, and we hold as little as possible.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
