These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SafeCheck Daily website and the launch waitlist (together, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Outprice LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada (“SafeCheck Daily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover the Site and waitlist only. The SafeCheck Daily mobile app, when released, will have its own terms that you’ll review before you use it.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site or submitting your name and email to the waitlist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or otherwise use the Site. By joining, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.

3. The waitlist and launch communications

When you join the waitlist, you’re asking us to email you about the SafeCheck Daily launch. We’ll send a small number of messages, most importantly a note when the app is available. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the SafeCheck Daily name, logo, text, design, and graphics, are owned by Outprice LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our branding without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the Site lawfully. Don’t attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, submit other people’s information without permission, or use the waitlist to send spam or automated submissions.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the app or any particular launch date, and plans may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outprice LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
